The first groom from the upcoming 2023 season of MAFS has been leaked, and some fans may recognise him as popular radio announcer Oliver Skelton.

Skelton was spotted filming scenes for his reality wedding at Carriageworks in Sydney by Yahoo Lifestyle. He previously worked as an on-air announcer for HIT 97.9 in Kalgoorlie-Boulder and has done voiceover work for Channel Nine in the past. The reality-star-t0-be currently works as an account manager for Southern Cross Austereo.

A second MAFS groom, Joshua White, was revealed by the same publication. Joshua was papped marrying his on-screen partner Mel Shepps at a $60 million heritage-listed mansion called Swifts in Sydney’s Darling Point.

The pair, who both hail from Sydney, look happy during the vows, and were pictured holding their hands up together in excitement as they walked back down the aisle.

Along with the abovementioned participants, five women; influencer Melinda Willis, podcaster Tahnee Cook, influencer Bronte Schofield, baker Alyssa Barmondem and childcare worker Claire Nomarhas will reportedly be part of next year’s cast. MAFS producers are allegedly “furious” that the identity of some of their upcoming brides and grooms have already been leaked.

“A series of early leaks revealing the brides online before the majority of the weddings have been shot has ruined the surprise element of the show,” a source told Yahoo! Lifestyle.

“The grooms have all been looking up the pictures and trying to guess which bride is theirs. Producers are furious.”

Last week, Daily Mail Australia published paparazzi shots of the women’s hens night being filmed for the upcoming season. Since then, more men and women have been captured on camera filming, and many of the cast members have since been identified.

Filming of season ten of MAFS reportedly began in July this year and is slated to premiere in early 2023. MAFS dominated ratings throughout season nine and was picked up in the US and the UK.
