Alt-country singer/songwriter Imogen Clark is hitting the road behind her new album, Love & Lovely Eyes.
Released in early May, Clark’s new eight-song release has gained immediate approval from the country music loving community, and it’s no surprise given how much Clark invested into its creation.
Clark is 21 years old, so as you’d expect, the record looks at the highs and lows that come with the early years of adulthood, and the ongoing re-evaluation of self. Perhaps they sound like heavy themes, but it’s all carried along by Clark’s deft sense of melody and acoustic-driven songcraft.
