Jackass star Bam Margera has went missing from rehab for the second time in just one month.

Two weeks ago, Margera was reported missing after fleeing his rehab facility. He checked himself out of the Delray Beach sober living facility in Florida that he was attending as part of a court order. The stuntmen allegedly told the staff at the treatment centre that he wasn’t happy with the facility and planned to check into another.

Margera was then luckily found in a Delrey Beach hotel by police and a crisis intervention team who escorted him back to the same rehab centre he fled from.

According to TMZ, Margera has now vanished from rehab again, with police currently on the lookout for him. He was reportedly spotted around 5:30pm on Saturday in Deerfield Beach, Florida, after leaving the LifeSkills residential facility without permission.

Local detectives are now searching for the stunt performer, asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward.

There appear to be several reasons for Margera’s recent behaviour. Sources told TMZ that Margera had been struggling due to splitting from his wife. He also recently settled his wrongful termination lawsuit against the producers of Jackass Forever for an undisclosed amount.

Margera filed a complaint last August with Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming that the film’s producers violated his civil rights by forcing him to sign a “Wellness Agreement” and subsequently firing him after a positive drug test.

The suit, filed against Paramount Pictures, MTV Networks, Jeff Tremaine, Johnny Knoxville, and Spike Jonze, saw Margera claim that in 2019, whilst receiving treatment at a rehab facility, Tremaine, Knoxville and Jonze “accosted him and coerced him” into signing the “Wellness Agreement.”

Margera alleged that The Wellness Agreement required him to blow into a breathalyzer three times a day, submit to a urinalysis twice a week, have his hair follicles tested regularly, and take medication every morning while on a FaceTime call with a doctor hired by Paramount.
