Jessika Power took to Instagram to share what she thinks of the ongoing feud between Domenica Calarco and the other MAFS cast members.
Boy, things have been interesting in the MAFS world these days. The announcement of Domenica Calarco’s newest series Dom’s Debrief opened a whole new can of worms.
First, cast members very publicly dunked on her online, and then accused her of being verbally abusive after Abbie Chatfield claimed Calarco’s fellow MAFS peeps were just jealous. Almost everyone on MAFS has joined in on the drama at some point, so it wasn’t surprising that Jessika Power stepped in as well.
Posting on Instagram, Power addressed the issue while essentially reminding her MAFS cast members to cut it out.
“You can’t really sit there and say ‘everyone’s jealous’ when you just really don’t know.” Power said, presumably addressing Chatfield.
She later went on to explain why Calarco had been the one chosen to branch out and get her own show – something that’s been a point of contention for most of the cast, including Olivia Frazer.
“[Domenica] got more airtime, is classy, and has a sort of cutthroat view on things,” Power explained. Elsewhere, she made it clear that she had no issues whatsoever with Calarco getting her own show. “Domenica got chosen to do this and that’s frickin’ awesome. That’s so good and all power to her. Let her have her moment.”

Power did, however, add that the ongoing feuds and pettiness could negatively impact the cast’s careers going forward, even if people ‘enjoy waking up in the morning and reading the drama’.
“If you want to continue working in the media industry, you need to work with the networks,” she said. “I am friends with Carolina and Tamara [Djordjevic]. I’m not throwing any shade at them whatsoever, I think they are beautiful girls and I love them. But yeah, it’s just what happens after TV.”
