Jim Jaramusch (Dead Man, Only Lovers Left Alive) is working on a zombie comedy film with the cast of your dreams: Tilda Swinton, Bill Murray, Selena Gomez, Chloë Sevigny, Adam Driver and Austin Butler are all featured on the stellar lineup. The projects called The Dead Don’t Die, by the way.

Variety reports that filming has already started, even though the project is yet to be formally announced. Murray, Sevigny and Driver will all be playing cops.

This will be Jarmusch’s second undead endeavour, following 2013’s Swinton-led vampire flick Only Lovers Left Alive – which was nominated for a Palme d’Or.

Murray first spoke about this project back in March, “I’ve got a good job coming up. Brace yourself: It’s a zombie movie. Jim Jarmusch has written a zombie script that’s so hilarious…” he shared with The Inquirer.

It’s expected that the film will be released in 2019.
