It only took one minute for the SKIMS and Fendi collaboration from Kim Kardashian to almost sell out, and for quite the fee as well.

As reported by TMZ, the reality TV and fashion mogul’s Fendi collaboration brought in a huge $1 million in profits after only going live on Tuesday, November 9th. It’s supposedly the biggest launch day for the brand since Kardashian first created SKIMS back in 2019.

Although considering some of the times were priced around $4,000, it’s not that surprising such a huge fee was fetched so fast. The Fendi collab collection included Kardashian’s $4K dark brown leather dress that she rocked up to the Wall Street Journal Magazine‘s 2021 Innovator Awards in, where she incidentally received an award for SKIMS.

Described online as “a first of its kind collaboration that takes inspiration from both brands to create a modern capsule collection”, Kardashian first announced the Fendi collab at the end of last month. The appetite was massive before the launch too, with over 300,000 fans signing up to the waitlist ahead of the launch.

Back in October, she revealed that the collab first came about after she met Kim Jones, the artistic director of Fendi. Jones praised SKIMS, telling Kardashian that her co-workers and employees all loved her brand’s style. After Kardashian then sent Jones some of her brand’s products, Jones decided to start working together.

Now, a lot in the collection is almost reportedly sold out. Even the most affordable option, a $100 hosiery bra, is currently sold out in all colours and sizes. Don’t worry if you’re still interested though, because there’s still lots of pieces still available. Just head to fendiskims.com to explore the rest of the collection.
