Kim Kardashian has been granted a restraining order against a man who has shown up at her house at least three times and allegedly claimed to have a gun.

The courts heard that Andre Persaud showed up at Kardashian’s house three times in August, claimed to be armed and insisted the two communicated “telepathically.” It’s been reported that Kardashian’s team was present at the proceedings, but she didn’t attend.

She was granted a five-year restraining order, which prohibits Persuad from contacting her and from coming within 100 yards (approx 91 metres) of her. The order also stipulates that Persuad must not own a gun and must surrender any that he already has.

In other news, Kardashian finalised her divorce to Kanye West last month. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the celebrity pair have agreed on joint custody that grants “equal access” to their four young children, North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

Kanye will reportedly have to pay his former wife $200,000 in child support each month. The rapper is also responsible for 50% of their children’s educational expenses, as well as 50% of their children’s security expenses.

As per the new divorce settlement, Kim and Kanye will have to attend mediation if they ever have a disagreement regarding any of their four children in. the future. If either of them fails to attend mediation, the participating party will then become the decision maker.

The pair’s property assets were also divided in alignment with their prenuptial agreement. Both Kanye and Kim waived spousal support.

After a high-profile seven-year marriage, Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in early 2021. Kanye proceeded to very publicly try to win her back for several months, until a judge declared the reality TV star legally single in March of this year.
