Aussie chocolate lovers rejoice because KitKat has announced a collaboration with Milo.
Milo is a millennial staple, the drinking powder that powered many an early morning. KitKat is, depending on who you ask, the most reliable chocolate treat going. Finally bringing these two iconic brands together really makes a lot of sense.
“Break into our new KitKat range with crisp wafer packed with soft MILO filling all covered in deliciously smooth milk chocolate,” is how it’s tantalisingly described.
Snack breaks are about to get really nostalgic now, aren’t they? The chocolate bars will be filled with the choc-malt flavoured drink, which is a mouthwatering proposition. From late July onwards, the tasty collab will be available in three styles – chunky, bar, and block.
“We’re beyond thrilled and proud to announce KitKat’s biggest ever collaboration with KitKat packed with Milo, said Nestlé’s head of marketing Joyce Tan.
“We know KitKat lovers are passionate about how they eat their KitKat and similarly, Milo fans have unique ways of enjoying their hot or cold Milo. So now, we can’t wait to see how Aussies enjoy their KitKat packed with Milo.”
Of course some readers may remember the old Milo chocolates (RIP) that were sold in the early 00s. KitKat deserves a lot of credit for essentially bringing that back into the world.

The KitKat Milo block is reportedly set to cost just $5, with the chunky and bar styles costing less at $2. I can see this collab being heavily stockpiled to get through the winter.
And if you’re truly desperate, you can even pre-order the upcoming collab online here. You can even pre-order KitKat Milo Hamper, which comes with one KitKat Packed with Milo Block, one KitKat Chunky Packed with Milo Bar, and one KitKat Packed with Milo Bar.
