If you’ve got a sweet tooth, and could go for some good news, then you’ve come to the right place as Krispy Kreme is gearing up for National Doughnut Day by hocking free doughnuts throughout the month of June
This Friday, June 5th, marks National Doughnut Day, which if that isn’t enough of an excuse to tuck into some delicious, sugary and fried rings, then we’re not sure what is. Well, maybe you’d be more keen if you could get your mitts on some sinfully delicious doughnuts for free?
Krispy Kreme have decided that you can’t just have one day to celebrate National Doughnut Day, so they’re turning it into National Doughnut Month, and are offering us fans the chance to score a free doughnut of choice each and every Friday in June.
Krispy Kreme Australia CEO, Andrew McGuigan has said, “We know things are a little different this year. So, we’ve decided to extend our National Doughnut Day celebrations across the entire month of June, to spread the joy far and wide and allow our customers to enjoy FREE doughnuts on us, at their own pace.”
Now, what’s the catch, you ask? Well, you’ve gotta buy a little to get a little, as those who purchase a any dozen of doughnuts from Krispy Kreme will be walking away with a free doughnut of their choice.
The doughnut masterminds are obviously famous for their Original Glazed doughnuts that happen to just melt-in-you-mouth, but that’s not the only doughnut you’re welcome to grab for free on Friday – you can choose any doughnut, whether fancier or plainer.
As they’ve just unleashed a nutty concoction of two Snickers flavoured doughnuts, plus they’re still sporting their coveted Vanilla Slice, Kookies’n’Kreme, and The Simpsons D’ohnut, you’ll have plenty of choices available.
