Kyle and Jackie O have shared that their “worst interview” ever was with none other than Friends star Matt LeBlanc.

Le Blanc appeared on the Kyle and Jackie O show in 2016 to promote his new series of Top Gear, and the radio shots said that he showed very little interest during the segment.

“Remember when we had Matt LeBlanc on? Oh, that didn’t go well,” Kyle Sandilands asked Jackie O on Monday’s radio show.

“That was for Top Gear years ago, and it was a terrible interview. But he’s notoriously bad in interviews,” Henderson replied

Sandilands shared some more details about why the interview was so insufferable.

“Who cares? He was very arrogant and then he had to get hung up on and sworn at. And then banned from ever coming back again. Worst interview in the world!” He said.

The 2016 interview that the radio hosts are referencing saw them interview LeBlanc and Top Gear co-host, Chris Evans. It was a pre-recorded interview that Kyle and Jackie O did, which was later aired on the show.

Some of the questions the Top Gear hosts were asked included

“Who is the better driver out of you two?” and “Do you guys believe that you can pull a chick if you have a good car?”

During the same segment in which the interview was aired, Sandlalnds shared his grievances about the interaction.

“The guy said about 15 words in the whole interview,” Kyle said. “The guy’s an arsehole.”

“I was really pissed off because I thought, why am I giving up my evening for these pricks?” He added.

“They weren’t pricks,” Jackie O replied.

“Matt was,” replied Kyle, “What a tosser!”

Kyle didn’t hold back, declaring “I now hate Matt LeBlanc. Here I was for the last 20 years feeling sorry that Joey (LeBlanc’s failed Friends spin-off) didn’t work out and now I know why, because you’re an arsehole.”
