To celebrate their return with new single ‘Surfin”,Loon Lake have announced an intimate Sydney show this March.

Loon Lake are keeping their newly announced shows as intimate as possible to reflect their current stripped-down approach, harnessing and recapturing the energy and freedom that their early shows gave them.

The single is the first taste of the new Loon Lake. After touring their debut full lengthGloamer, the band decided to hit the breaks. Dan left the band and vocalist Sam experienced throat problems. AfterSam underwent vocal surgery and discovered his voice was restored to its former glory, Nick who was on drums, replaced Dan as lead guitarist, and Rick (the band’s tech) joined on drums.

Now they are kicking things off with shows in Sydney and Melbourne.

Loon Lake will take over Brighton Up Bar on Friday March 27. Tickets are available throughthe venue.
