MAFS star Brent has opened up – in great detail – about how he met his girlfriend Taylor Davey, and where their relationship stands now.

Brent opened up about his new relationship when he was approached by the gossip Instagram account The Wash at an event in Sydney. He told the publication that he originally spotted her at Sydney bar Eros.

“The first time I ever saw Taylor was at Ers and I was like, ‘Oh!’ – but she was with some guys and I wasn’t sure if she had a boyfriend, so I didn’t talk to her. Then I did a little stalk, and saw her Instagram but didn’t follow.

“A week later me and Al were flying to Queensland for a club appearance and heard a girl in the airport say, ‘It’s the guys from MAFS’ as we walked past them. It was Taylor and her sister! I said to Al, ‘that’s the girl from Eros’.

After the airport encounter, Brent said he followed the Australian model on Instagram and slid into her DM’s.

Brent reflected, “A couple of weeks later I was in LA with Al and the boys, and saw on Instagram that Talyor was in Las Vegas with her friends. I looked at the boys and said I’m going to shoot my shot, it’s perfect timing. She told me Vegas was amazing and said we should head there to catch up. I then looked at the boys and said, ‘This is going to be a real love story, I can feel it. Just watch.’ So we all went to Vegas… and it was a love story.”

Brent said one night in Vegas they asked a taxi driver to take them to a chapel to get married, but he fell asleep on the way.

“We would have really got married if I didn’t fall asleep,” he said.

Taylor added, “This was all in May and we’ve pretty much been together ever single and talking every day… Every day you’ve annoyed me,” she laughed.
