Former MAFS star Cyrell Paule – who earned the nickname Cyclone Cyrell due to her stormy temperament – has issued some controversial advice for people who are interested in being a future contestant on the reality show.

Cyrell was ‘married’ to Nic in season six of MAFS and was mostly remembered for being involved in a red wine fight with Martha at one of the weekly dinner parties. Since wrapping up the show, Cyrell got together with Love Island star Eden Dally and the couple shares a child. She’s also competed in The Challenge Australia.

In an interview with Yahoo Lifestyle Australia, the reality star advised future contestants to make sure they remained genuine.

“At the end of the day, whatever you do – whether you’re going to be a cow, a b**ch, a nice girl – you’re going to get that blue tick so don’t worry about it,” she laughed. “Have fun! Make fun of the experts! Cheat on your husband! No, I’m joking.

“Honestly, all I’m going to say is just enjoy it and be yourself. The only thing I ask is please be a genuine and authentic person. Like, if you’re going to do it for fame, have fun with it, but just don’t be a fake c**t. Just say, ‘I’m here for the blue tick’.”

Cyrell also advised new-found MAFS stars not to let the initial attention they receive after leaving the show get to their heads.

“I’d tell them to settle down and remember, don’t get a big head,” she said. “At the end of the day, we are just Z-listers, not A-listers, so don’t let it get to your head.
