Kyle and Jackie O are really having a difficult time with the recent MAFS cast, with Jackson Lonie now beginning legal action against the radio hosts.

As per the Daily Telegraph, the reality TV contestant is unhappy that Kyle and Jackie O aired content from his girlfriend Olivia Frazer’s OnlyFans account last month.

Jackson has reportedly engaged a lawyer and formally reached out to the pair over the incident, saying he was “shocked” to find out the footage of him and Olivia engaging in a sex act had been shared on their radio show. Jackson is seeking damages after allegedly losing his job as a plumber thanks to the OnlyFans reveal.

“My boss is a family man and he had people contacting him and asking him about my content … I understand it doesn’t line up with his morals so I lost my job,” he explained. “It was spread around and it put him in a tough position.”

Jackson has reportedly hired Melbourne law firm DSA Law to represent him, and has requested a permanent injunction to prohibit further use of the OnlyFans content, damages for breach of copyright or an account of profits, additional damages for loss of income and pain. He also wants a formal apology on The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

It comes after Olivia blasted the radio hosts on Instagram Stories. “Wondering why Kyle and Jackie O thought it would be a good idea to distribute mine and Jackson’s private video that is meant to be protected from behind a paywall and shame us for it and make fun of us for it?,” she said.

“Don’t you think that’s a bit hypocritical? Like, isn’t that why everyone hates me? Because I allegedly did that? I didn’t, but that’s what people think I did. Isn’t this hypocrisy at its finest?”
