MAFS star Stacey Hampton has posted a touching birthday tribute to her ex-fiance and father of her kids, Shane Smith who was killed in a motorbike in September.

“Happy birthday big deal shaneo. Your first birthday without your kids, they miss you so much and you would be so proud of them. 🕊️🤍,” Stacey captioned a video collage of photos and clips of Shane with their two kids.

Hampton and Smith dated for three years from 2014 – 2017 and were engaged. They shared sons Kruz and Kosta together.

Smith, who was a senior bikie boss of the Rebels, died at the scene in Redwood Park at around 3 am on September 6th, after the motorbike he was riding crashed. His passenger was reportedly taken to hospital in a serious condition, according to 7News.

A week after Shane’s death, Stacey took to Instagram to share a statement.

“Unfortunately, with life, it goes on. The boys need to try and live a normal life considering and I’m trying my hardest to make sure they smile,”she began in the post.

“It’s waking up everyday knowing they are hurting, that hurts the most. It doesn’t matter what anyone says, a child who is 7 and 5 should never lose a father. We are doing our best to live normal lives.

“The media use my name, as they do, to push articles. It’s not about me or anyone else, it’s about those innocent children. Always has been and always will be.

“Is it hard? Absolutely. My heart breaks for them.”

Sadly, MAFS fans will remember Hampton’s emotional journey on the show. She lost her older brother Jaimie in a motorcycle accident on the day she had been due to give birth. Her father took his own life when she was a baby.
