Married At First Sight star Jackson Lonie has finally broken his silence following his split from Olivia Frazer.

The pair shocked fans last week when they announced they had called it quits after 10 months together following their pairing on the reality series.

Now, Jackson has opened up on where he’s at after he and Olivia called time on their very public relationship.

Answering questions on Instagram Live on Tuesday, Lonie was candid about discussing the break-up with fans, while confirming that he and his ex are still on good terms.

“Yeah, we’ll take each day at a time,” Lonie replied. “But yeah we’re still friends, we’re still on good terms and I think we always will be.”

After another viewer asked how he was following the shock break-up, he replied, “Look, I’m good. Have your shit days, have your good days, as they say.

“On the shit days I spend sure I spend more time at the gym, that’s my happy place. Just got to do what makes you happy.”

One thing Lonie wasn’t too keen on answering, however, was the actual story behind the breakup.

“Look, I’ve got this question a lot,” he began after one fan quizzed him on what happened behind the scenes.

“No, I’m not going to be telling the break-up story because to be perfectly honest, it’s nobody’s bloody business except for ours,” he added.

He added that he wasn’t looking to find love again “straight away”, but was instead focusing on himself.

“I am just going to be myself, train hard and just get back to me,” he added.

The pair revealed they had called time on their tumultuous relationship – which included cheating, fights, and filming X-rated activities on OnlyFans – in a statement posted to Instagram.

“After a wonderful 10 months together we have decided to go our separate ways. There has always been a lot of love in our relationship and there will continue to be as we transition into a friendship.

“We have nothing but love and respect for one another, and no one is to blame for the end of this relationship. Simply a case of ‘almost perfect’. We hope you all can please show compassion as we navigate this privately,” both reality stars wrote on their respective Instagram accounts.
