There were 22 participants on the 2022 season of MAFS, however, only seven of them have reportedly been invited to the 2022 Logies.

According to So Dramatic!, only Domenica Calarco, Ella Ding, Brent Vitiello, Al Perkins, Jack Millar, Selina Chhaur and Dion Giannarelli were all invited to the prestigious TV event which will be held on Sunday, June 19.

That means former co-stars Olivia Frazer, Jackson Lonie, Tamara Djordjevic, Cody Bromley, Selin Mengu, Anthony Cincotta, Samantha Moitzi, Kate Laidlaw, Matthew Ridley, Jessica Seracino, Daniel Holmes, Holly Greenstein, Andrew David, Mitch Eynaud and Carolina Santos were all snubbed by the event.

A source has revealed that the MAFS stars who weren’t invited aren’t happy. “They are furious,” they said. “The ones I’ve [spoken] to think they should be invited since they’ve all contributed to the ratings and success of the show.”

The same source said that Carolina, Daniel Holmes, Olivia and Jackson have contacted Channel Nine executives in an effort to obtain an invite.

“[They] have all contacted production asking why they weren’t invited since they are the only success stories to come out of the experiment.”

The source added, “They think it’s favouritism as usual. They were practically begging to be invited which is funny because they never stood a chance.”

“Dom, Ella, Jack and Brent only accepted the invitation on the condition that Olivia, Tamara [Djordejvic] and any MAFS mean girls were not in attendance.”

A different source told So Dramatic! that Nine selected specific contestants to try and avoid drama at the awards show.

“It’s the most coveted event of the year. Nine need to be selective about who they take to represent the show,” they said. “MAFS already doesn’t have the best reputation, so they need to avoid any unnecessary drama, confrontations and embarrassments for the franchise, especially at an event like this.”
