MAFS participants Tamara and Mitch have finally made their relationship Instagram official with Tamara posting a photo of them standing with controversial ex-MAFS stars Bryce and Melissa.
Rumours that Tamara and Mitch – who weren’t coupled up on the hit TV show – have been circulating for weeks now. Viewers first became aware of a potential affair when Mitch confronted Tamara at the televised Finale Dinner Party over suggestive text messages she’d allegedly sent him.
At the time, Mitch denied that he was interested in 29 year old. However, since filming wrapped his on-screen wife and ex-girlfriend Ella has all but confirmed that Mitch and Tamara have hooked up, and even suggested that they may have known each other prior to filiming.
During an appearance on HIT WA’s Allan & Carly radio show, Ella revealed that she believes Tamara and Mitch are dating.
‘The word is that they are together, and they have been for a while,” she said.

The 27-year-old added: “That’s what we’ve all been told. And the speculation is that it’s been going on for quite a long time, and potentially even before filming”.
“I’m just trying to put the pieces together myself.”
“I mean, it would make sense if they were kind of something this whole time, because no wonder Mitch wasn’t committed… it would make sense. I don’t even know the answers, and I don’t think we’ll ever get the answers,” she said.
Ella was also caught in a behind the scenes video from a MAFS viewing party that showed her yelling at a TV screen insinuating that Mitch and Tamara have been sleeping together during filiming.
In the specific clip, the large viewing screen shows a scene from the show during which Brent accuses Tamara of messaging, and trying to seduce, Mitch behind Ella’s back. He says that Mitch denied Tamara’s advances.
“I got rejected by Mitch, are you for real?” Tamara asks Brent in the scene.
Ella can be heard in the screening room saying, “She’s like ‘are you for real’ because they’re actually fucking”.
Ella then went on to suggest that Tamara was asking Brent if he was “for real” about being rejected because Mitch hadn’t rejected her at all and they’d actually hooked up. “Are you for real because we’re fucking c*nt!” Ella said in a voice that appeared to be her mimicking Tamara.
Though Ella and Mitch stayed together throughout the season of Married at First Sight, Mitch struggled to commit to his on-screen wife. At the final vows ceremony, he chose to break up with Ella, saying that he couldn’t commit “right now”.
However, in the time between the Final Vows and filming of the last Reunion Dinner Party and Reunion Finale, the couple revealed that they had gotten back together. But, the relationship didn’t last long, with Ella confirming that they broke up a month later.
