Even if you’ve never married something weird or wacky, you’ve probably read an article about someone who has. There was the Australian lady who married a bridge, the Japanese bloke who married a hologoram and, of course, who could forget Pascale Sellick who married her doona? (Can’t really blame her, TBH). Well now we have a man who married a sex doll.
In the latest installment of people wedding batshit crazy things, we have a Khazkh chap called Yuri Tolochko who recently said ‘I do’ to his sex doll.
Before you get too concerned about old mate Tolochko diving in head first and signing away his freedom without thinking it through, don’t worry, the man happily dated his sex doll “Margo” for a solid 18 months before getting married.
Tolochko put a ring on it (quite figuratively considering it is a doll that cannot move) way back in December last year before tying the knot last week.
The wedding is said to have been perfectly legal under local law. In Kazakhstan, the only legal requirement for a wedding is that both partners are consenting, over 18 years old, and are male and female (severely uncool, btw) — with no mention of whether dolls are included.
Oh, but it gets better. The two regularly appear in loved up insta snaps together and their bizarre wedding vows were also uploaded to the ‘gram. Check it out:

Unfortunately for shy little Margo, she’s been a bit overwhelmed by all the unsolicited attention the couple has received since Tolochko debuted the first photo of them to the world. As a result, the sex doll has apparently undergone some touch ups at a plastic surgeon to help with her insecurities.
“When I presented her photo to the world, there was a lot of criticism and she began to develop a complex so we decided to have plastic surgery,” he said, according to the Daily Star.
“She has changed a lot. At first, it was hard to accept but I got used to it later on.”
“It was at a real clinic with real doctors.”
Before you ask – because obvi’s you’re dying to know – according to Tolochko the couple met in a bar when he stepped in after she was attacked by another man and the happy couple has rarely been apart since.
Oh yeah, Tolochko is an aspiring actor and strongman by trade, and, judging by his social media activity, he dabbles in a bit of ‘influencing’. Just saying. Then again we have rando’s marrying each other all over Australia for a couple of thousand extra Instagram followers, *cough* MAFS *cough*, so hey, who’s judging?
