The internet is mostly horrible and I spend a lot of time thinking about how badly I desire an internet apocalypse where the entire thing crashes and can never be restored. But sometimes, sometimes I stumble across something that makes me question whether the world wide web is such a dreadful place after all.
Enter @MascotSilence – a Twitter account dedicated to chronicling photos of mascots observing a minute silence. That’s it, that’s the joke. Big, hefty, mascots bowing their head in respect, honouring those who have fallen. It’s simply gorgeous fun.
