Mountain Sounds add SAFIA, Touch Sensitive & more to 2018 lineup

Mountain Sounds Festival has just given music-lovers a huge treat, announcing an additional load of names for their 2018 edition of the festival.

Just under a month ago, Mountain Sounds Festival unveiled its first act, the incomparable Grouplove, sending excitement levels into overdrive. Then, a few days later, the festival announced its first lineup, complete with the likes of Gang Of Youths, Amy Shark, Alex The Astronaut, and The Preatures, proving that Mountain Sounds is set to be one of the biggest festivals this concert season.

Now, the lineup has expanded with a number of brilliant names, including SAFIA, Touch Sensitive, Canada’s Nathan Barato, Jimmy 2 Sox, Conspiracy Crew, and Elaskia.

What’s amazing about this though, is that Mountain Sounds Festival have announced all these phenomenal acts, but they still haven’t given us the headlining act.

It’s hard to believe a lineup like this could get any bigger, but by keeping their mystery headliner a secret they’re driving the rumour mill crazy as punters try to work out who it will be. We can’t shed any light onto it, Mountain Sounds have said that it’s “one of Australia’s hottest live acts”.

Mountain Sounds Festival takes place in Mount Penang Parklands, in Kariong, NSW from Thursday, February 16th 2018, and runs until Saturday the 18th. Tickets to the festival are on sale now, and you can bet your bottom dollar that we’ll let you know who the secret headliner is once it’s announced.
