In the tradition of Monday Night Mass at Melbourne counterpart Northcote Social Club, Sydney’s own Newtown Social Club is launching its very own Monday music series.

With an emphasis on awesome local acts – including Sydney favourites Point Being, Lovely Head and Teenage Mustache, who played Swerve Society’s maiden show in July – the weekly music series is set to be a big one boasting beer, bands and the newly refurbished interior of Newtown Social.

Featuring Aloha Units, Tim & The Boys and Dry Finish for the official launch, Swerve Society has your next Monday night covered with $15 Young Henry’s jugs, killer bands and free entry.

Catch Swerve Society at the Newtown Social Club featuring Aloha Units, Tim & The Boys and Dry Finish on Monday August 10. Entry is free with more info through Facebook.
