Local up-and-coming comic book artist Nicky Minus will release her new collection of illustrated stories, Jerks!, at a launch party next month.
Minus’ work has appeared in some faraway places, including The Lifted Brow magazine and even on the artwork of bands like Day Ravies. The launch party, taking place at The Green Room Lounge, is free and will feature performances by Beef Jerk and King Tears Mortuary, as well as Rainbow Chan’s side project, Chunyin.
Head down to The Green Room on Enmore Rd on Wednesday May 21. Entry is free.
