The first look at the second season of the mystery comedy Only Murders in the Building has dropped and yes, there are spoilers ahead.

Starring Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short, the series was an unexpected for Hulu last year. The trio starred as three tenants at a New York City apartment complex who bond over a shared enthusiasm for true crime podcasts (like seemingly every other person in the world).

In the first season, they teamed up to solve the murder of one of their fellow tenants, with the finale ending on a major cliffhanger: the trio managed to solve the case but were unfortunately framed for the murder of the apartment complex’s board president. Swings and roundabouts I guess.

So season two should be a rollercoaster ride, with the three desperate to clear their names at the same time as being forensically discussed by a competing podcast.

A new teaser dropped for season two today and sees the main characters recording an episode of their own podcast, alongside scenes showing them dealing with the media circus surrounding the events of season one.

“New York City, who doesn’t want to become the talk of the town here?” Martin narrates during the clip. “We’ve been warned not to speak out,” Short insists. “But we here at Only Murders in the Building, we will not be going quietly,” Gomez concludes.

The teaser contains the first look at Cara Delevingne, joining the cast as Alice, and also reveals that Oscars co-host Amy Schumer will feature as a guest star during the season as a version of herself. Michael Rapaport is also joining in season two as a detective investigating the board president’s murder.
