Following the sellout performance of the first Opera in the Pub, they’ve added a matinee show to an already sold-out evening performance for this weekend.

This weekend audiences will enjoy a condensed version of Donizetti’s The Elixr Of Love. The light-hearted performance will tell the tale of simple boy winning the heart of his beloved with the aid of a love potion from a questionable doctor.

The Dove & Olive offers a dinner package which includes a craft beer or wine on arrival and a main meal from their popular menu.

The performance is presented by Sydney’s very own boutique opera company, Opera Bites.

Opera in the Pub will take place at the Dove & Olive in Surry Hills on Sunday May 17. There are still tickets available for the matinee show, but get in fast – they won’t last long.
