It’s no real surprise, given she trained at the prestigious Ramsay Street academy, but Margot Robbie is up for a Best Actress Oscar for her role as the troubled Tonya Harding in the impressive I, Tonya.
She is one of four Australians up for Oscars this year.
Derin Seale and Josh Lawson are up for Best Short Film award for The Eleven O’ Clock, while Lee Smith is gunning for a Film Editing award for his sterling work in Dunkirk.
