Pauline Hanson has reportedly signed on to compete in the upcoming season of the reality TV show SAS Australia.
A network insider told Daily Mail Australia that the politician agreed to join the show because she wants to “challenge herself” and that producers ‘couldn’t be more thrilled’, that she’s confirmed for the show.
“The new season will be filmed in the Middle East, so it will defiantly take Pauline out of her comfort zone,” they added.
SAS Australia is a reality TV show where Australian celebrities are put through physical and psychological tests from the real military selection process.
“The fact is, it’s money-making,” she told Today at the time. “It’s giving jobs to the Indigenous community, you’ve got over 4-500,000 tourists a year that want to go there and climb the rock.
“It’s no different to saying we’re going to close down Bondi Beach because there are some people there that have drowned. How ridiculous is that! This is an iconic site for all Australians.”
