Peyton List of Cobra Kai recently took a lie detector test for Vanity Fair in which she was asked if she would date Leonardo DiCaprio.

Cobra Kai star and Disney child actress Peyton List recently sat down with Vanity Fair for a lie detector test interview. List answered a series of uncomfortable questions in regards to many things including her dating life and use of dating apps.

This line of questioning eventually transitioned into the interviewer asking List if she would be open to dating Leonardo DiCaprio, who is 23 years older than her. The joke, of course, is that Leo is infamous for dating women exclusively under the age of 25. Peyton is 24 but said she’s not comfortable with the age gap and she is also already in a relationship.

“vanity fair is messy as hell”

“LIKE WHY WOULD THEY ASK HER THIS?!/”

“Yea, I mean, I am getting mixed responses. Some are saying my tweet makes perfect sense and wouldn’t be mistaken for anything other than “30+ year olds can date people 15 years older”, which I am.

Others think I am supporting a 15 year old dating a 30 year old, which am I NOT.”

““Lie detectors” are bogus and don’t even work properly they are meant for tracking an assortment of things like heart rate, blood pressure, and some other stuff. If you can control yourself you can pass it. Like famous serial killers have passed lie detectors”

“To some extent it is looking for the nearly omnipresent stress exhibited when lying. Unfortunately that may occur even when not lying or, if you are trained for it, it may not occur when lying.”
