PlayStation just launched a month-long sale right in time for Easter, so we’ve broken down all the best savings for PS5 and PS4 owners.
Who doesn’t love a good bargain? It’s almost built into our DNA as Australians.
That’s why we’re so excited at the news that PlayStation has announced the return of their annual Easter sale – discounting a bunch of their games right in time for the long weekend. So put down the choccies and go grab yourself a PS5 game instead.
We’ve browsed through the list of offerings and there’s a number of bloody great deals to be had.
First up, there’s Godfall – the self-described “looter-slasher, melee action-RPG” – that is a PS5 exclusive. It’s also pretty as a picture. It’s down to $65.52, which is a massive difference from the $109 JB Hi-Fi is currently charging.
Check out the trailer for ‘Godfall’ below:
If you’re after something a little more light-hearted, why not check out Immortals Fenyx Rising. It’s an underrated gem from Ubisoft that flew in under the radar at the end of last year. There’s plenty of Zelda: Breath of the Wild vibes going on, but we especially enjoyed the zany narration from Greek gods Zeus and Prometheus. You can try it out for $49.97 – a saving of 50%.
For sports fans, FIFA 21 is also kicking goals with a huge 58% discount. It’s only $41.97 at the moment, and playable on both PS5 and PS4.

Meanwhile, for PS4 owners, it’s worth taking a look at two of 2020’s best games. The Last of Us Part II is currently $42.97 while Samuri epic Ghost of Tsushima is $56.97.
Now is the perfect time to jump into both of these before The Last of Us gets its HBO show and the director of John Wick gives us his Ghost of Tsushima adaptation. Both are playable on PS5 via backwards compatibility.
And finally if you’re one of the four people who have yet to play Grand Theft Auto V, you can score 58% off the Premium Edition. It’s only $23.07 to rectify your mistake.
There’s plenty more we haven’t covered, so for a full list of everything else, head to the PlayStation Store’s dedicated sale page.
It’s worth jotting down that this Easter Sale runs for the next four weeks, but is split into two parts. Part 1 will run until the middle of the month, with the next wave of titles to be announced on the PlayStation Blog on Wednesday, April 14.
