From their salty, crispy, golden-brown exteriors to their soft, potato-y insides, we wonder which fast-food joint you think has the best chips?

Chips are some of the best things on the whole damn planet, and you can go ahead and fight me if you disagree. It doesn’t matter if they’re shoestring, thick-cut, curly, waffle, anything in the middle, or even the beloved potato smiles – if they’re on the menu, I’ll definitely be ordering them.

Like, if I could just go out to lunch and order three servings of chips, and just skip the burger nonsense, I would. I mean, since I can dip them in virtually any sauce I want, why would I mess with anything else?

From dipping them in the usual tomato sauce, or shaking it up by using barbecue, mustard, ranch dressing, hot sauce, or even vanilla ice cream (yes, it’s a thing!), there’s literally no wrong answer when it comes to chips.

With my avid love of chips, fast-food joints have been my go-to lunch time spot for ages. And, with a plethora of fast-food options just a stone throw away from my house, then it’s easy to satisfy my craving.

The only problem is, there are SO many options when it comes to the salty little devils. I could go with Grill’d’s seasoned chippies, but the KFC ones are also calling my name.

Although many fast-food places have chips on offer, we’re curious to see what you think is the best. Are you a fan of McDonald’s classic golden fries, or do you prefer the thicker Hungry Jacks ones? Maybe the endless toppings at Lord Of The Fries are just too tempting to resist, or the chicken salt covered Red Rooster ones is where it’s at. Let us know!
