Congratulations are in order for Big Brother star Sophie Budack who has announced that she is pregnant with her first child.
Sophie, who came runner-up on season 12 of Big Brother Australia, shared the happy news on Instagram by posting a picture of some baby clothes, a positive pregnancy test, and an ultrasound. “Our little miracle arriving in May,” she captioned the photo and tagged the father of her baby, her boyfriend, known as Rutger.

The reality star took to her Instagram stories to share some more details. “Can’t wait to share more of our story with you guys. For now, I’m just so happy and overwhelmed with the support and love,” she captioned a short video showing her pregnancy journey so far.
Sophie and her Big Brother co-star Chad Hurst were romantically involved during their time on the show, and managed to both make it to the final two. Although Chad ended up winning the season, he ended up giving Sophie a large portion of the prize, an agreement they made before the finale.

While Chad and Sophie dated for a few months after the show was filmed, they broke up due to the difficulty of having a long-distance relationship.
Filming for the next season of Big Brother is scheduled to begin next week, and the show will air next year. A production source has told So Dramatic! that the season will feature singles looking for love.
They revealed that the 2023 season of BB is called “Big Brother’s House of Love” and “there will be 14 singles going into the house.” The added “there will be “no celebrities, just influencers”.
They added, “The housemates are entering lockdown this week, with filming to begin on October 31.”
