Under the moniker Project Montreal, creator Ryan Wyatt is to release his debut albumPatterns.
Written across three continents, Patternsis an original and eclectic blend of alternative pop sounds that sees Wyatt draw on influences from David Bowie to Picasso.
These influences have meant collaborations with a multitude and diverse network of artists, including pop icon Van Dyke Parks and the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra.
Project Montreal was introduced to Australia with the singles ‘Round And Round’ and ‘Colours’, and Wyatt’s debut album is set to stretch the inspiring, unique sound of the project.
The album launch tour hits Sydney at the Oxford Art Factory, Saturday June 11.
