The all-singing, all-joking 7ft Atlanta-based singing clown is going to visit Sydney for four dates in between gigs at the Adelaide Fringe and the Melbourne Comedy Festival.

Puddles is going to come to Sydney to share his emotional confusion. The anthropomorphic embodiment of misery will somehow aim to make the audience laugh whilst he belts out his covers of famous songs – his cover of Lorde’s ‘Royals’ alone garnered him ten million views on Youtube. So, think of him as a cross between Chuckie and Richard Cheese; “a sad clown with a voice of gold” according to the Advertiser.

On a side note, Puddles is good mates with Jon Hamm.

Puddles will have a four-show run at the Giant Dwarftheatre between Thursday March 19 and Sunday March 22.
