Over time, Burton has gone on to work with 20 different films, from live-action, animation, and stop-motion animation. Over time, he has become one of the top directors in the world for his dark, often gothic, sometimes musical, and eccentric themes.

Throughout his career, Burton has achieved a great deal in the world of film. Not only has he been nominated for numerous awards, but has become very decorated with his multiple achievements, including a Golden Globe, multiple Saturn Awards, and even an Emmy.
