The caffeine in coffee has been proven to help boost your alertness, mental focus, and stamina, and it has three times the amount of it than tea, proving itself to be the more superior of the two when it comes to your breakfast beverage.
Although the caffeine found in coffee can be harmful to your health if you drink it in mass amounts, your get-you-going morning coffee usually hits the spot, and does not negatively impact your body. Unless you have an inherited caffeine sensitivity, you should be good to go, however there is always decaf on the menu!
We all have our different orders when it comes to our morning coffee.
