The first episode of season four of Love Island Australia saw one of the most shocking endings ever played out on the show – and Twitter users appear to agree – sharing their shock and anger on the social media platform.

Throughout the first episode, we met a bevy of hot guys and girls – but there was one catch; there were six girls and only five boys. When Holly wasn’t picked to partner up, she was left single and allowed to speed date each of the guys. Elsewhere on the episode, Islander Claudia and mullet-man Jordan struck up one of the stand-out connections of the episode.

Unfortunately for Claudia, Holly was allowed to pick any of the men. She chose Jordan and Claudia was left single. Usually, on other seasons of Love Island – or even other international versions – the single Islander would be able to stay on the show until the next recoupling. However, Love Island Australian threw in a savage twist and a text that was sent in the last second of the episode told Claudia that she had to live the villa – and presumably the show for good.

Many Twitter users – and Claudia stans – are calling out Love island for being unfair. After all, Claudia was in demand by the men and more than one of them was hoping to partner up with the brunette beauty. While it hasn’t been confirmed yet whether Claudia will be gone for good, or if there will be some twist that will allow her to return, Twitter is rioting over the move.
