One of Luxe Listings real estate agents who has previously been accused of domestic abuse has just been suspended for an altercation.

Luxe Listings real estate agent, Evan James Williams, has recently been suspended from his job after a verbal altercation with colleagues last week. Williams was previously accused of assaulting his wife of 15 years, Kashaya Williams, who is now estranged from him.

The alleged incidents between Evan and Kashaya occurred in their former homes in Sydney’s East. Police statements say that Evan threw chili powder into Kashaya’s face and pushed her into a wall on separate occasions throughout their time together.

Evan James Williams was a contractor with The Rubenstein Group before being stood down following last week’s altercation. Real estate insiders at Sydney Confidential reported that Williams’ suspension-causing-altercation started once he became verbally aggressive towards his colleagues.

‘He thought they were pinching what he thought were his listings,’ one claimed.

The insider reported that apparently, Williams had a rivalry with sales teams at Cae Thomas and Jye Emdur, leading to the altercation and prompting The Rubenstein Group founder, Gavin Rubenstein, to suspend Williams.
