The godfather of British hip hop, the one and only Rodney P, is set to play a live show in Surry Hills this weekend.
Rodney P rose to prominence in the 1980s as part of the London Posse – the first rap group from the city to use their native accents, innit. Now, the Grindin’ man melds hip hop with reggae styles. His Sydney show will feature support from Foreigndub, Reign Supreme, Edseven, Meem and Benny Hinn.
Rodney P will be at Play Bar on Saturday February 28.
