Simone Giertz is responsible for designing, inventing and building some extremely innovative electric movers and shakers that we’d love to have assist in our everyday lives.
Now she’s taken her creativity and curiosity to the next level, building a robot for the purpose of hunting down and then, eating. Sound odd? Here’s why.
The idea came from Simone’s experience as a vegetarian passionate about the lives of animals. In the video she explains she’s never quite understood the thrill attained from hunting, so, to understand the process she created her own robot creature and learned a few nifty hunting tricks in the process.
In the most ‘Simone’ fashion, she kept things pretty hilarious and kooky whilst doing so (you can expect a LOT of bodily fluid related jokes), and eventually ate the robot she vanquished, devouring its tofu exterior.
