There is nothing in this world more therapeutic than gorging on paella and sangria in Summer. For the month of January, Carriageworks in Redfern has been blessed with a Spanish-inspired pop-up restaurant.

Cosecha is the brainchild of celebrity chef Darren Taylor (Quay). The pop-up establishment will be serving a divine selection of mouth-watering Spanish food. Think bocadillo’s, charcuterie boards, roasted fish and truckloads of Paella. The entire menu looks to die for, you can read the whole thing here.

There will also be a fine selection of speciality drinks ranging from jugs of white and red sangria to chilli infused margaritas. It’s a taste of the Mediterranean in Sydney’s concrete city.

The restaurant will be serving up lunch, afternoon bites and dinner. It is open from now until the 27th of January. For more information or to make a reservation visit the Carriageworks website.
