Sunrise presenters Natalie Barr and David Koch have mocked Harry and Meghan over claims that they are looking into suing South Park after being portrayed in a recent episode.

The episode was titled ‘The Worldwide Privacy Tour’ and depicts the royals and pokes fun at their repeated requests for privacy. In the episode, the characters constantly talk about wanting to be private, but go ahead and snap up multiple media opportunities.

It’s recently been reported that Harry and Meghan are “considering their legal options” following the episode’s release.

In an interview with The Daily Mirror’s royal editor Russell Myers this morning, Barr and Koch questioned why the couple “take themselves so seriously.”

“Is this actually true, that their lawyers are thinking of taking action? They couldn’t be that stupid. Oh, for God’s sake!’ Koch said.

“This will be such a funny lawsuit if it went ahead,” Barr added.

Koch added, “Everyone will turn. If you haven’t turned on them you will now because you just think ‘what a bunch of tossers not being able to laugh at themselves’.”

When Kochie asked Myer what the British people think of the potential lawsuit, he said that they are generally “exasperated” by the whole thing.

“I think it’s one of the things that Harry and Megan, I mean, Harry was the darling prince, they were both the darling couple. Everyone was full of the joys of spring when they came onto the scene and rapidly, rapidly turned,” he replied.

Myer’s continued, “we’ve had these two to three years of claims, fallouts with the family, I think they should just take a back step, have a laugh at themselves, and maybe not take themselves so seriously.”

Yesterday, Former royal reporter Neil Sean said that the royal couple is currently contemplating legal action.

“Their legal team are casting an eye over the episode to see what is wrong, and what could be turned into something more sinister,” he told Fox News.
