“Some say [Swords] possess dark powers enabling them to produce a new species of music entirely” is a real, honest-to-God line included in Swords’ bio, so it’s safe to say the bar has been set reasonably high.
Rising wunderkinds Swords have been announced as the headline act for the upcoming Live At The Sly show. A dark and brooding act formed ‘in an undisclosed location’ (so probably their mum’s garage), they will play Slyfox in order to launch their debut EPDirty Thunder.
Also on the bill are damaged-disco proponents Borneo and FBi favourites Phantastic Ferniture, proving once again that those responsible for picking the Live At The Sly lineups have their fingers firmly on the pulse.
