Sydney Architecture Festival is back for its ninth year this October with an updated vision and condensed program.
Runningfrom Friday October 2 until Monday October 5, the festival promises to bring inner Sydney to life with an event-packed long weekend of activities. This year’s festival is a mix of free and ticketed events, with talks, events, competitions and tours to help you see your city through different eyes.
The 2015 program is directed by Sydney design collective Archrival, in partnership with JOC Consulting, giving the festival a fresh perspective. Archrival co-founder Claire McCaughan has outlined this year’s focus as the importance of architechture in driving city lifestyles to become more sustainable, connected and liveable.
