The Sydney Fringe Festival has revealed the full program for its 2014 edition, running throughout the month of September throughout five precincts in the Inner West.

New Festival Director Kerri Glasscock has scheduled a different focus for each week of the Fringe. More than 300 ticketed productions cover theatre, music, comedy, visual art, film, cabaret, musical theatre, dance, circus, literature and poetry.

The Fringe will launch on Sunday August 31 with the Ignite Launch Party, in which a number of Crown Street venues and shopfronts will host live music. Other music highlights on the program include The Vampires, The Strides and Ursula Yovich.

The picks of the festival’s arts lineup include One Drop Of Blood, an installation of 21,000 ceramic balls at Home@735, and a short film festival called Open Your Eyes.

There will also be three laneway hubs around Sydney featuring film screenings, live entertainment, wine bars, food trucks and markets.

Sydney Fringe Festival runs from Monday September 1 – Tuesday September 30. For full details, visit the festival website.
