After months of speculation that former The Bachelor lead Matt Agnew is dating Survivor star Khanh Ong, the astrophysicist has debuted his new lady, Kate Reid.

Agnew shared a series of photos of himself and Reid cuddled up on the red carpet at the Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix event.

While Kate Reid is somewhat of a normy when it comes to the reality TV world, she’s certainly made her mark in other ways. Reid is an ex formula 1 engineer turned entrepreneur and boasts the world-famous Lune bakery as one of her businesses. Back in 2016, The New York Times published an article about her bakery titled, Is the World’s Best Croissant Made in Australia? which waxed lyrical about the french pastries sold at the shop.

Fans flocked to Agnew’s comment section to congratulate the couple.

“Is this a hard launch?” one asked, while another joked: “If that is the Lune lady, well you have met your perfect match 🥐🥐🥐.” A third commented: “What gorgeous pics of a gorgeous glowing couple.”

Much to fans’ delight, Khanh Ong also commented on his mate’s photo. “You and @ms.lune looked incred,” he wrote.

Khanh competed on two seasons of Masterchef and one season of Survivor, and was a fan favourite across all three shows. He and Agnew splashed their friendship over social media late last year, and some fans questioned if the pals were dating after they shared a photo of them in bed together.

However, in February the former The Bachelor star denied that there was a romance between himself and Ong.

“It’s the lack of affection straight men show other men that people assume there must be something sexual there,” he said on the Feast podcast.

“Being affectionate and tactile with your friends, and blokes especially need to do more of this. Everyone should be comfortable enough in their sexuality that they don’t feel uncomfortable showing affection, men or women.”
