Moses J. Moseley, who appeared on six episodes of The Walking Dead, has died at age 31.
The actor’s death has been confirmed by his representation at Avery Sisters Entertainment, who shared the sad news on their official Facebook page.
“With a heavy heart, we at Avery Sisters Entertainment offer our sincerest and deepest condolences to the family and friends of our actor, Moses J. Moseley. We are truly saddened,” The statement reads.
The statement continued, “Moses was a phenomenal actor who has appeared in movies such as “The Walking Dead”, “Queen of the South”, and “American Soul”, but MUCH more than that, he was an AMAZING person!
“For those who knew him, he was the kindest, sweetest, most generous person you would ever meet. We will miss you dearly.”
It’s been reported that Moseley’s body was found in the Hudson Bridge area of Stockbridge, Atlanta on Wednesday. The cause of death appeared to be a gunshot wound and law enforcement sources have told TMZ that they are investigating his death as a possible suicide.
Mosley’s manager released a heartfelt statement to People about the actor’s tragic passing.

“He was loved by everyone who met him. Such a bright light in everyone’s eyes,” the statement began.
It continued, “Moses was an amazing person and if you had the opportunity to meet him he would have made your day amazing. He was very talented, he was a great friend, the kind you could call for anything. He was always excited about life and working in the entertainment business.”
Mosley was best known for his role in The Walking Dead where he played Mike, one of Michonne’s pet zombies. However, he also appeared in Watchmen, Queen of the South, and American Soul.
The Walking Dead’s official Twitter account has posted a tribute to the 31 year old actor. “Our thoughts and prayers are with our #TWDFamily member Moses J. Moseley,” it reads.
