The Office might have finished eight long years ago but you genuinely wouldn’t know by the amount of content still out there about the show.
Jenna Fischer (Pam) and Angela Kinsey (Angela) started the Office Ladies podcast in 2019, with one episode of the podcast going in-depth into one episode of the iconic mockumentary; it’s now been animated by Comedy Central on YouTube.
The actor who played the curmudgeonly crossword-loving Stanley, Leslie David Baker, recently made a Kickstarter to raise funds for a spinoff, Uncle Stan, which easily raised over $USD 330,000. The appetite for Office content is real.
The latest new content based around the series is an upcoming mobile game and you bet I’ll be downloading it. East Side Games made the exciting announcement on Twitter on Thursday, September 9th. An accompanying picture showed some of the cast in animated form and, I’ll be honest, Dwight’s mustard shirt really pops in digital form.
We are BEYOND excited to finally announce our latest title, The Office: Somehow We Manage!

Titled The Office: Somehow We Manage (a reference to Michael Scott’s self-help book), the free-to-play game is expected on phones by the end of the year. Users will play through classic moments from the show, earning in-game rewards as you try to keep the Scranton branch of Dunder Mifflin afloat. I mean, if Michael can do it I probably can. Famous characters such as Michael, Jim, Pam, and Dwight will be included.
Users can build desks for their favourite characters and also participate in in-game events that will introduce new versions of characters and memorable events. What moment would you want to play the most? They better let us recreate that time Dwight faked a fire alarm and caused absolute carnage. What a nutter.
We don’t have an official release date yet so keep an eye on this story developing.
