Nothing quite says ‘Straya’ like Shape’s releasing a new flavour of biccies. Welp, it’s time to start belting out the national anthem because the big guns at Shapes have gone and released three spanking new flavours.

Arnott’s have announced the addition of Triple Cheese Toastie, Sizzling Steak and Onion, and Double Cheeseburger to their ranks of flavoured snacks.

While we won’t be able to get our hands on the new Shapes flavours until mid Jan, Arnotts have released some tasting notes like the Very Serious biscuit company they are.

Triple Cheese Toastie
The Triple Cheese Toastie Shapes combines the flavours of cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan, with hints of melted butter and toastiness.

Sizzling Steak and Onion
The Sizzling Steak and Onion Shapes reveals salty steak and smoke flavours, followed by the subtle sweetness of caramelised onion.

Double Cheeseburger
The Double Cheeseburger Shapes tastes of creamy melted cheese and grilled beef, combined with onion, bread, and mustard sauce.

All three obvi sound delightful, and Shannon Wright, Arnott’s Marketing Manager, is positive we’ll love them.

“The new finger-licking range will satisfy those afternoon cravings, combining the perfect blend of cheesy goodness or bbq sizzle. We know people love the taste of a steak sandwich, a burger or a toastie, so this range provides the perfect snacking solution with a flavour hit they love,” she announced.

“We know people love the taste of a steak sandwich, a burger or a toastie, so this range provides the perfect snacking solution with a flavour hit they love,” chimed in some rando spokesperson.

If Facebook reactions are anything to go by, it turns out Wright isn’t wrong.

“Yea please. Need a carton of each to check quality control and consistency of product,” posted one user.

“Cheese toastie has my name written all over it,” said another.

Unfortunately, we still have a month or so to wait until these babies are on the market, but why not spend your hard-earned cash on a personalised pack of Shapes in the meantime?
