Those that can’t help but indulge in a little novelty crisp should get a kick out of this, those who can recognise that the only crisp flavour worth a damn is lightly salted… look away. Everyones favourite tubed crisp, Pringles, have unveiled two new flavours.

Pringles recognise that international travel is off the cards for the indefinite future, so they’re bringing a taste of international waters with two new limited-edition flavours: New York Style Cheeseburger and Sichuan Style Kung Pao Chicken.

Whilst Pringles haven’t delved into the specifics of what we can expect from the cheeseburger flavoured release, we just know it’d send our dear Fran Lebowitz into a fit of rage.

The Sichuan Style Kung Pao Chicken promises “a sizzling Sichuan stir-fry made with mouth-watering Chinese spices.” We’re anticipating something a little spicy, a little garlicky, perhaps a little tangy.

Whilst we’re not sure two new crisp flavours dulls the pain of a cancelled Eurotrip, or if these flavour profiles will invoke any kind of travel nostalgia, at this point we’ll take anything we can get.

The Pringles Passport series is available in Coles from right now, whilst Woolies and other independent retailers will take you around the world in 80 crisps from February 22nd.
