UNIQLO brings us a new batch of video game t-shirts next week

Who doesn’t love games? Nobody, surely! And who doesn’t love decking themselves out in attire that conveys that burning passion to the world?

Okay, not everybody is all that keen to dress themselves head-to-toe in brightly-coloured gaming merch. But when a piece of clothing incorporates some subtle nods to a game rather than just slapping a logo on, it can suddenly become a must-purchase for any die-hard.

Take this new range that’s just about to hit UNIQLO, for instance. Following in the footsteps of the brand’s popular Nintendo efforts (I nabbed the slick Magikarp/playing card design, of course), these new Blizzard Entertainment tees will tick all the boxes for fans of Overwatch, Diablo, World of Warcraft and more.

Not all of them are winners, sure, but if you’ve played a few rounds as Lucio or dug your heels in for the Horde or Alliance at any point in your life, there’s probably something in there you’ll at least want to wear as pyjamas.

Head to UNIQLO to check ’em out, and to your nearest store next week to grab one for yourself for a casual $20 – far cheaper than any other official merch you’ll find this side of leftover XXXLs draped on the EB Games clearance rack.
